Paint.Net is free software for image and photo editing for computer running on Windows. It supports Windows XP, Server 2000 and Windows Vista. Developed as an undergraduate college senior design project and intended to replace the Microsoft paint. Now it has grown into a powerful yet simple image and photo editor tool.
Paint.Net features intuitive and innovative user interface so it’s much easy to learn without needing assistance. It uses tabbed document interface for it t o handle multiple images easily. Tabs display a live thumbnail of the image instead of the usual text description, making the navigation easy and fast.

Adding perspective and tilting is easy with the use of the unique 3D rotate/zoom effect. Adjustments are included on Paint.Net’s features which will help user tweak image brightness and contrast as well as convert an image to black and white. You can do this depending on your own preference.
